SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Glow Gang. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing procedures, available shipping services, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and other important information concerning orders shipped within the United States.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders submitted on weekends or U.S. public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may occasionally require additional time during periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Options
Glow Gang currently offers the following domestic shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Fee: $8.00
FREE for qualifying orders of $70.00 or more
Express Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Fee: $15.00
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
3. Shipping Area
Glow Gang currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping availability may depend on the destination, carrier service coverage, and any delivery restrictions that apply to a particular location.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are determined by the delivery method selected and the qualifying order value at checkout.
Standard Shipping costs $8.00 for qualifying orders below $70.00. Qualifying orders of $70.00 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping.
Express Shipping is available for $15.00.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details after their order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to register the package and display the first update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Tracking status and estimated arrival information are provided by the applicable shipping carrier and may change while the package is in transit.
6. Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes provided by Glow Gang are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Carrier delays
Severe weather
Natural disasters
High seasonal shipping volume
Transportation interruptions
Government or carrier restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Glow Gang is not responsible for delays caused solely by the shipping carrier or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, current, and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please carefully review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number when applicable, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your purchase.
If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be modified once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or an otherwise undeliverable destination may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted during checkout is correct.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking information indicates that your shipment may have been lost while in transit, please contact Glow Gang so we can review the available shipping information and assist with the appropriate next steps.
In certain situations, we may need to coordinate with the shipping carrier while an investigation or package search is conducted.
10. Packages Marked as Delivered
If carrier tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking the surrounding delivery area, asking household members or neighbors, checking with a building reception desk or mailroom when applicable, and contacting the carrier for additional delivery information.
If you are still unable to locate the package after taking these steps, please contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance based on the available information.
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage that appears to have occurred during shipping, please contact Glow Gang as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, internal packaging materials, and affected products. This information helps us evaluate the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.
12. Separate Shipments
In certain circumstances, items included in the same order may be fulfilled and shipped separately.
When an order is divided into multiple shipments, customers may receive separate tracking details for each package.
No additional shipping fee will be charged solely because Glow Gang chooses to divide an order into multiple shipments unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
13. Changes to This Shipping Policy
Glow Gang may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in our shipping services, carrier arrangements, fulfillment procedures, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Any revised version will be published on our store with an updated Last Updated date.
